2 Tim 3:14 “.. Contnue in what you have learned..”
Paul writes his last letter to Timothy, he asks Timothy to put to practice what he learned. Lord convicted me, Lord spoke to me through the below verses. I need to be serious about obeying the word of God. Do I am have the real passion for God, yes I have but then why I am struggling, it is because of lack of obedience and lack of prayer. Would like to share the verses that convicted me
2 Tim 3:5 “Having a form of godliness but denying its power” I look very goldly, but many ways of ungodliness is still there. Yet to live in the power of the Holy
Spirit. Power of God flows into us when we pray, when we say, if we Love God then we will speak to the one who we say we love, our words should be followed by holy living.
Not a Doer
2 Tim 3:7 “always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth” Yes I learn the word with Zeal, but need to be doer of the word.
2 Tim 3:14 “… men of depraved minds who as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected …” When situation are tough do we we get discouraged very easily. If we are not strong in faith then evil one can easily bruise you.
Have passion to love the Lord, learn the Word of God, be committed to obey what we learn, have a strong prayerful life, build on the faith in God. Therefore let us together 2 Tim 3:14 “.. Contnue in what you have learned..”
